Fall is a great season to let go of things that no longer serve us. Use these practices to guide you in the transition to this new season!
Sometimes we don't even notice then tension we carry with us in our bodies. Especially when you are in discomfort or pain, the body tries to help and muscles tense up. These 5 minutes we lay down to find where your body holds on to tension and to help you let it go. Lay down on your bed or a yoga mat and make yourself comfortable.
Perfect for when you're having a hard or bad day. Perfect for when you feel like shaking. Also wonderful for when your body feels tired or stiff.
Let's face it, Shaking & Letting Go is simply wonderful, no matter what kind of day you are having ;)
Notice how you feel before and after practicing balance. Can you use this practice in finding balance, to ground yourself
