Whether you celebrated Thanksgiving or not, it's now December and that means the holiday season is here! This month can feel festive and cheerful, but sometimes also heavy for many reasons.
My invitation is to gift yourself a moment of relaxation and to find your centre. Enjoy these practices whenever you need them!
Bringing this practice back from last year's list, take a moment for yourself to reset! All you will need is a little bit of wall space or a door to lean against! You can also sit down against the wall, as always please choose what feels best for you.
This is a two-part series, this is part 1. Enjoy a gentle seated practice, you can sit on your mat or chair. Make sure you are comfortable! This practice will focus on the upper body and we will bring gentleness to the lower body in the video below! Feel free to practice the one that you need most in the moment.
This practice can be enjoyed on its own, or combined with part 1 will make a gentle full body practice! This time we focus on the lower body. Bring a blanket and maybe a yoga strap or shawl! Make sure you are comfortable! We'll mobilize our legs and hips.
