Each month our lovely community manager Katie selects 3 short practices for you that you can keep coming back to during the month.

This is a great way to experience Biddy's style of teaching & how the classes are in the Yoga Vayu membership!

Yoga for waking up

Now that the 100 year-long January finally ended, let's focus on the simple act of giving our body love first thing in the morning. Enjoy these practices right out of bed, or maybe even still in bed! ;)

Morning Stretch Yoga (13 min)

Give your body a lovely stretch after waking up! Move soft at first!

Bed Yoga (14 min)

Practice this gentle movement from your yoga mat or your bed. Have a wall or door close (or use your couch and bend your legs instead of sending them straight up!).

Perfect to soothe your body and soften your mind.

Morning full body wake up yoga (10 min)

Join Biddy for a full body, yet mini flow! Perfect for when you only have 10 minutes. And if you have more time, I highly recommend repeating this video once or twice from the 1.20 minute mark!
